What exactly as a beta reader do?
A beta reader gives feedback from a reader’s point of view. I’ll let you know what works, what doesn’t, and how your story feels overall focusing on characters, pacing, worldbuilding, and emotional impact.
Will you correct grammar and spelling too?
No this is not an editing or proofreading service. I focus on story elements, not line edits. If you’d like basic notes on readability, I can mention them, but my main focus is the story.
How will I receive my feedback?
I provide a detailed written report, organized by strengths, areas for improvement, and overall impressions. I can also leave inline comments if you prefer.
Do you only beta read fantasy stories?
While I have experience beta reading across multiple genres, I’m currently focused on fantasy especially romantasy, dark fantasy, cozy fantasy, and YA fantasy. That’s where my passion and best insight lie right now.
